In 2013, Joe joined his mother, Jayne Pergola-a top Tampa Bay Realtor with over 30 years of experience-on her team, learning the business from a seasoned professional. Since then, he has built his own successful career, serving clients across Tampa Bay, with a special focus on South Tampa, Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, and Lithia.
